All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
This space works well for small (up to 10 people) film or photography modeling studio, small parties, or other creative projects. GREAT natural lighting--two large windows let in lots of light. Can use the large table, 2 chairs, small vintage armchair and easel. Fits about 20 people standing comfortably and about 6-8 sitting at the table. Can move the table to the side to make use of space. Anything on the walls can be removed (by the host) by request beforehand. This is a working artist studio so there will be a rack of paintings on site in view. However, I keep the space clean and neat! Up two flights of steep stairs, not handicap accessible. Walking distance to Main Street! No photography equipment provided. Free parking across the street up until 11pm. I will meet the guest onsite to give them keys and show them the space! When you leave, you can leave the keys on the table and lock the door behind you.

Can bring as many cars as you like--there is a free parking lot across the street, you can stay there until 11pm without being towed. It is for Studio artists and their guests.
General Rules
Please No smoking or drugs of any kind.
No pets
Light food and drink is ok, just be mindful of the art.
OVERTIME
Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is $10, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Yes, I would book again.
Super sweet little space. Lighting was bright, yet dramatic - just how I like it. I love that there were little things around the room that were available for use. Lots of steps leading up to the studio, which isn’t an issue, but just be prepared if you plan on carrying anything heavy up! Will be booking again for sure. :)

Worked out perfectly. Jessica met us early on a Sunday morning to pass along the keys and show us the space and even brought me a water bottle. There is free parking and the unit has A/C! Definitely lots of natural light for photos. There is a bathroom on the same floor as the space. Just a heads up it's on the 3rd floor of the building just in case people have issues climbing stairs.

The space is beautiful for an artist or photographer needing an intimate, uncluttered, pristine work place for an hour or more. The light in the room was ideal for my portrait photography shoot and there are plenty of props on hand to incorporate into the session. And the lady listing this space is a delight to work with, responds quickly and is most accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend this space but hope that it isn't used by too many people otherwise I will have difficulty renting it again. This is my new photo studio in Manayunk - and the photos I took were awesome - due in part to the model, and part camera, huge part lighting, no part photographer!
