This backyard can be rented for all types of activities including video shoots, parties, and events! This magnificent 2-story Georgian Traditional estate is set on a large ~-Acre Flat (approx. 33,750 sf) lot on cul-de-sac street, in a private and fully walled, retreat setting. Long gated driveway enters on Udine Way, leading to spacious motor court and separate second gate, exiting directly onto Sunset. Great flat yard with lighted tennis court, large pool, with detached guesthouse, 4 car garage and open grass lawn areas for entertaining. Conveniently located across from UCLA, Marymount School and minutes to Hotel Bel- Air and access to major freeway. We also have two studio spaces with floor to ceiling mirrors that can be used as well depending on the rental type. Can host up to 250 guests.

Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
