All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

General Rules
- No smoking
- No removal of equipment
- If using the equipment, we can include an instructor
- If you have your own instructor, they must provide proof of insurance
- Retail items will be counted before and after rental time; missing items will be charged
- Unless the event requires use of the equipment, the equipment in studio must be left alone
- No shoes on the aerial room mat (we can roll these up and remove them if necessary)
- No jewelry on any of the equipment
- No pets
- Minimal alcohol okay (as long as equipment is NOT being used)
- Food okay
All ages are allowed in the space

Definitely enjoyed my time here. Needed a pole dance space to record a competition entry and this was perfect! Ally was such a great host, and made sure I had everything I needed along with assisting with a couple of moves!

Very pleased with our experience. We had to record my daughter doing a dance routine for her college theater audition. The space we rented was perfect for the situation. It was clean and very professional. We would definitely use it again should the need arise! Great Experience
