About the Space
This photography / film studio is perfect for e-commerce shoot either it is product shoot, food shoot, or model shoot. We use it for all kinds of projects. Our studio has an amazing natural light, with blackout capabilities along with a full range of lighting and grip available for rent. Square Footage approximate 324 square feet. Natural Light /Rolling Garage door. Wifi, Couch, Desk chair, additional chairs available. Color Backdrops: black, gray, dark green and white Full bathroom. Can be used for a photo/video shoots productions as well as any other kind of creative project. Easy street parking, significant side gate access Included with space is an outdoor patio, furnished with outdoor seating, great for natural lighting shooting, or taking a break from the busy work day. LOCATION – Quiet old Mar Vista neighborhood with ample street parking, is an area close to Santa Monica, Marina del Rey, Playa del Rey, Culver City and West Los Angeles. 5 minute drive to Venice Beach. Much abundant greenery, trees, and flowers make it a magical and very homey neighborhood. In the heart of Mar Vista, walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, there are a lot of creative things happening, and delicious things to eat!

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Loved this space! It's in the neighborhood where I live so it was the most convenient shoot I've ever had. We shot with the garage door open so there was plenty of natural light. Very clean, bathroom was clutch. Had a great experience overall. Diana is awesome and super responsive!

The space was beautiful and exactly what we needed for our photoshoot. Diana was extremely accommodating and helpful! We will definitely book here again!

This was a wonderful first experience using peer space! Wow - what an amazing studio space for my shooting purposes today… myself and one other person were shooting headshots and the daylight was just beautiful. There were a few different backdrops here to use (which was hugely helpful) and you had the option of opening up the garage door to provide more light if desired (we shot mostly with the garage open.) This is just a perfect little studio space for a multitude of types of photography / videography projects. I will certainly be renting this space again next time I need to take some photos…frankly will likely rent it again as a self tape space too the next time I need a little extra space/privacy for filming! Very clean / comfortable / high ceilings / beautiful little bathroom / great mirrors… what more could you really need? Oh and Diana was just the perfect host - super easy to communicate with, lovely with her recommendations and flexibility, and just all around a very pleasant, warm person. I highly recommend renting this space from Diana if you have the opportunity!
