All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Hello! My name is Hugo, I'm a cinematographer. This is our primary residence and we share our living room for shoots. The apartment is super cinematic looking, has breathtaking view to the DTLA, features smart home using Philips Hue RGB lights, so you can change to any color using just an app. This space would be perfect for shooting commercials, films, fashion, interviews and maybe even music videos. Since it’s our residence, we would like to have a crew as small as possible (up to 6 people). Also we have professional cameras, lenses, lights, sound and other filmmaking equipment available for rent that will be a half the price comparing to any rental house (let us know what equipment you need for getting a quote). Please inquire prior making a reservation, tell us about your project. Thanks

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This space was amazing. The view of Downtown LA was spectacular. The host Hugo was very responsive and on top of things. We had a video shoot in this location and the only thing is that it was a bit small for our group of people. Other than that we loved how everything turned out!
