This renovated 5th floor loft is ready for any event requiring an open space and versatile set ups. Located in the iconic neighborhood of Soho, close to Chinatown and Little Italy. Featuring large windows, it is incredibly well lit throughout the day. This all white modern loft features a main large space with a smaller conference room connected by windows. An extremely useful kitchenette area with new counters which opens to a walk through dining area. As well as dark espresso flooring, 10 ft high ceilings and a modern black and white bathroom. Currently there are chairs in the space and a seating area that can be easily removed and WiFi accessibility. Perfect for seminars, photo and video productions, showrooms and other special events. Conveniently set in a commercial space, it is available for product launches and sample sales as well. The space is reachable through stairs and elevator. Should the event host a large group or take place after our normal hours, a staff member must be present in the elevator to overlook the entrance of guests (this is available for an extra cost). Our normal business hours are 9am - 5pm but we are flexible.
*Price based on 8 hours a day 9am-5pm, however, *The loft can be open most of the day, for any needs. *If alcohol is served for event we will require to hire a security for your event. *Set up and clean up should be within the hours rented.
Ages 21 and older
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
