All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Soaring floor to ceiling windows look out to the waterfront smack dab in the middle of Boston's Hottest neighborhood, the Seaport District. High ceilings littered with lights, include DMX stage lighting, a large projector screen and surround sound SONOS speakers. A small kitchenette and single bathroom are ample for the 1,100sf street-level space. The details: - 1100sf - street level - easy load-in/load-out (cars/trucks pull up front) - fits 60 seated, 90 standing - $300 Fire Marshal fee for occupancies over 49 people; MAX occupancy 90 people (per half day) - floor to ceiling windows with various draping options - tables and chairs offered for additional fee - food and drink provided by Envoy hotel catering - 24/7 access - near World Trade Center, Boston Convention Center and Drydock/Black Falcon Terminal - ICA, Aquarium, Children's Museum, the Pavilion, Harborwalk, Faneuil Hall, Downtown Crossing - countless gourmet restaurants, easy grab-and-go eats, bars and nightclubs galore - right off silver line T station, a 5 minute walk from South Station The Assemblage is owned and operated by the Fort Point Arts Community (FPAC). Parking description
There is valet parking at the Envoy Hotel ($20/day with in and out access) as well as a parking garage directly across the street (77 Sleeper Street, between $15 and $38). There is limited street parking. There is free temporary parking for loading and unloading.

Lighting description
Roughly 50% of the walls are windows, so there is quite a bit of natural light. We do have curtains that wrap around the space and can cover the windows, though they won't completely block out all of the natural light.
Space is soundproof
Ambient noise description
Depending on the time of year, foot traffic can be very high in the area so there can enough sound coming from the streets that you may not be able to keep the doors open when the weather is nice. Other than the occasional emergency vehicle siren, the space stays very quiet.

Equipment loading description
There is only one entrance/exit to the space located on Old Sleep Street Plaza. Vehicles can be pulled up to the entrance for unloading, but cannot be parked there for long periods of time.

Electrical system description
We have 12 outlets in the space with standard 20 amp, 120 volts. The circuit breaker is located towards the back of the space past the kitchen area.

General Rules
No smokin', no fightin', no bothering hotel guests. Pets okay. Be respectful and get treated with respect.
Outside food okay for smaller events. Larger/Corporate events require using hotel catering.
Do not remove the art on the walls. You must request this at least two weeks in advance for approval from the FPAC (Fort Point Arts Council) Board.

We had a great experience in this space. Reanna was very easy to work with and quick to respond from the time we booked through the week of the event. Haley got to the space early and let us set up earlier than we'd planned, which was so helpful. We wanted a space filled with light, and that is exactly what we got! We had planned to use the projector for a slideshow, but the projector didn't work. I was bummed that this wasn't confirmed ahead of time - if we'd known, we wouldn't have planned to incorporate a slideshow into our workshop. But, everything turned out just fine. I would host another event here!

No, I would not book again.
We chose this space to have our office annual holiday party. We were able to have it catered and space for the entire staff and guests. A great location and atmosphere from the usual restaurants or rental halls. I would use peerspace again and reccomend renting this space for events for offices to do something different. The staff and administration had a great time and were pleasantly superised at how open and inviting the space was.

We hosted a 20+ person workshop for a newly created team and this space worked great for it! It is in a convenient location and the staff was extremely helpful! We had a few hiccups with the projector but it was fixed quickly and efficiently. Would definitely book again!

Our experience with the space was excellent. I began correspondence with Reanna a month prior to the shoot, and she was very responsive. She was also on-site the day of the shoot and helped us with whatever we needed. She was also willing to come in on a particular day when we needed a delivery pickup for a return. The service was outstanding, and I would definitely book again.
