All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Our space is perfect for a variety of occasions, such as: - Conference's or meetings - Training seminars or pitches - Depositions - Fundraisers - Ribbon Cuttings - Corporate events - Executive Lunches - Job interviews - And many more. Our space includes a lounging area, window bar seating with a view of the mountain range, a large TV for presentations, a coffee station, and a modern conference room table that seats 6. We are able to rent any type of equipment, tables, chairs that you might need for your event, we are also able to book catering your event, and bring in entertainment if it is required. We have an onsite concierge that can help facilitate all of your meeting space needs. We can accommodate roughly 20 people seated (depending on the seating arrangement) and 30-40 standing (depending on the floorplan). We have ample gated parking space for your attendees.

General Rules

1. We have a wrap around porch, so smoking is permitted outside of the office, but not inside of the meeting space. 2. We do permit outside food and drink for an additional fee. 3. We do allow service animals, please provide us with a prior warning if possible so arrangements can be made. 4. No sale of alcohol is prohibited. 5. All local laws must be abided by.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
