The space boasts high ceilings, lots of light and can really be transformed into any style of event space to fit your needs. No smoking allowed. Any outside food and beverage must be approved. Pets are considered on request. No more than 75 people are allowed at once. No access to offices on-site/upstairs, but the conference room is accessible for meetings. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is $75, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

MODERN/COOL VENUE Space The space has a great vibe. We rented it for a teen Birthday party and we were really happy we did. The amenities are great including a full kitchen area with plenty of storage space and bathroom. All areas are impeccably maintained and clean. There is plenty of places to sit and many options for decorating and configuring the space. We had kids coming from downtown, Carmel Valley and North County area and the location worked out great. Host The host Brandon gets accolades. He does it all! Brandon responded to my inquiry within an hour. He then helped me with finding talented people to form a perfect party including DJ, photo booth, pizza made with a real brick oven as well as other great contacts. He kept in touch with me for the entire time before the party and helped me organize everything. He is highly skilled as a planner and great to work with. I had to ask him for his opinion on many things and he always gave me good advice. The next day my daughter said the only thing that she did not like about the party is that it ended to soon. I think that sums it all up. She loved her night. Get a great space and a skilled host and let your event begin at Morena!
