There are two small kitchens, a bathroom and a shower, conference room and a very spacious communal area perfect for groups up to 75 people. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. I held a baby shower here with 45 people. The space appeared just like the photos and was the perfect size for this group. It was clean and the host, Brandon, had already set up the tables and chairs for us before we arrived. He also took them down when we left. There is plenty of parking on a weekend. I recommend this space for your event.

We held a Baby Shower with 50+ in attendance. Brandon was so helpful! The venue was clean and tables and chairs were set up prior to my arrival. Brandon's suggestions regarding logistics of the room were spot on! We were able to interface with the sound system. There was plenty of room for gifts, food, drink, games and people including a play and face painting area for little ones! We highly recommend Brandon and this Venue!

What a great place to host a party! I was worried at first about the venue and about how my friends and family would find the place, but this was not an issue at all. I loved the fact that there was plenty of parking - in the parking lot and on the street. Brandon was super accommodating and helpful. He provided us with the tables and chairs for the event. All in all, it was the perfect place to host our daughter's first birthday.

What a great space! Hands down the best idea for my kids first birthday gathering. Many of our friend and family even asked how I was able to rent the spot. It included so much already that we had a less stressful set up and clean up. Brandon was super awesome, even played our kids favorite show on their huge tv monitor. I recommend this spot 100%.
