Our pad is like no other with our amazing inventory displayed in a 75-year-old warehouse as your backdrop, or our white studio space with natural light and access to an abundance of amazing props. Whether you need stylish lounge groupings or hip classroom seating, a unique conference/meeting setup or an instagram-worthy workshop setup, we've got you covered! Totaling 1500 square feet of transformable space located in the heart of Milwaukee within walking distance from downtown, the Historic Third Ward, the train and bus station, and streetcar stop, and just a 15-minute drive from General Mitchell International Airport. We can accommodate up to 50 seated guests or 75 standing guests with ample options of seating and decor. Street parking, two bathrooms, and a large kitchen (for pre-made meal prep) are available. PRICING INFO 3 hour minimum. $400/hour during normal business hours (M-F 9:00a-5:00p) $500/hour outside normal business hours, weekends and holidays Price includes use of space, one onsite rep, cleaning fee, and use of available inventory and reserved food/beverage service items. Additional onsite reps, furniture moving assistants, and photographers available for an additional fee.
