About the Space

The space is a bright, rustic corner bar in Clinton Hill close to the Classon G train. We have room for over 90 people, a full bar, a dozen beers on draft, and a nice selection of wines. The space is perfect for any event/party or film shoot! We hope to see you soon!

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has HEPA-certified air filters
  • Space has additional space outdoors
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
The space has informational signage including:

  • Common areas have 6-foot (2-metre) markers on floors
  • Narrow passages have arrows for bi-directional traffic

Yes, I would book again.

This space was great. Small, perfect for a mid-sized film shoot, not to mention quirky and unique in terms of decor. The host Chris was extremely helpful and always responded in a timely manner, not to mention generally accommodating to everything we needed for our shoot.

Moot bar was a great place to host my husbands birthday! The bartenders, Steph and AJ were great. Good location with lots of parking. Chris was a great host and always responded pretty quickly with any questions I had. Would def recommend!

Had an absolute blast hosting a moving away party here. Steph was working the bar and was wonderful. All of my guests kept complimenting the space and it was perfect for my party. Would definitely recommend!!!

The bar was perfect for our group and everyone was super accommodating. We brought in our own food which was great. The bartenders were awesome and made really great drinks all night long. I would definitely recommend this bar for your events.

Me and my siblings booked the space to throw a surprise party for our Mom's 60th birthday. The co-owner and bartender Chaz was extraordinarily friendly and helpful, including with handling the trash and even controlling music (we didn't prepare a playlist but he knew exactly what to play). He also handled some of our crankier older family members with such grace! It went beautifully, my mom was very surprised and happy, and everyone had a great time. Highly recommend!
