Nestled in the heart of South Lake Union, our indoor/outdoor lounge is the perfect space to host your next event! Our space is ideal for teams looking to retreat for the day into a contemporary and modern oasis. Our space is versatile and best suited to accommodate these types of professional activities: meetings, off-sites, brainstorming sessions, team-building, and presentations. INCLUDED - Ample seating with multiple separated spaces for breakouts - 2 65" TV's with HDMI ports - Surround sound audio with Bluetooth capabilities - Full kitchen, including stove top, oven, ice machine, microwave, small refrigerator, dishwasher - Outdoor deck with ample seating, fire pit, and 2 grills - WiFi and many outlets to keep your electronics going the whole day - Private bathroom We are more than happy to schedule you in for a walk-through. If you would like to visit the space, please send us your preferred day/time.

SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT Peerspace guest booking the space are required to sign a supplemental agreement. Your host will provide a copy for your review after Peerspace booking has been accepted. NO SMOKING Our spaces are all smoke free. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS Absolutely No Smoking and No illicit drugs or pets allowed in the space or on the property, including outdoor deck space. Renter is solely responsible for the actions or any damage done by his/her staff, vendors, and guests at all times. Reservations will require at least one person be present in the main lobby to check in your guests, and direct them to the space. The space is located inside a residential apartment home community, so please do know that you may see our wonderful residents around. Please be mindful of that when booking your event. FOOD & BEVERAGE Please contact Peerspace Concierge to organize your catering order as their team is familiar with the rules and policies of our space. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.

Hosted a baby shower for 50-60 people. It was a very spacious venue with the option of outdoor area available. All windows were retractable so it was perfect for our warm June weather. They made it easy to arrange certain details and we’re very accommodating of my requests and needs. We were able to remove and rearrange furniture so the space worked out perfect. Only complaint is that someone has to let everyone up with a don to the second floor but we made it work, half the guests were let up by tenants coming in and out. All in all it was a great space and I would recommend this spot to anyone looking to throw an event

This is an amazing space for a party and the perfect setup for our couple's baby shower. It is clean and bright with a full kitchen setup and large island for all of our party food and beverages. We had a photo booth on one end and there were plenty of locations to set up and play party games as well as lots of seating for our guests. The outdoor deck is also very nice, but we did not use it. The hosts were very quick to respond to all of my questions.

The space itself was great! We had a holiday party with about 45 people and it was perfect. Enough space for everyone, food and gift area. One suggestion is that it is a shared space for residents and there were people coming in from the apartments which was strange as we paid for the area. Would have been great to have fireplaces on outside as they were tricky to start and fridge was a bit dirty. Lastly we didn't realize we would need someone to stay downstairs to let people up so that was a bit frustrating.
