Nestled in the heart of South Lake Union, our indoor/outdoor lounge is the perfect space to host your next event! Our space is ideal for teams looking to retreat for the day into a contemporary and modern oasis. Our space is versatile and best suited to accommodate these types of professional activities: meetings, off-sites, brainstorming sessions, team-building, and presentations. INCLUDED - Ample seating with multiple separated spaces for breakouts - 2 65" TV's with HDMI ports - Surround sound audio with Bluetooth capabilities - Full kitchen, including stove top, oven, ice machine, microwave, small refrigerator, dishwasher - Outdoor deck with ample seating, fire pit, and 2 grills - WiFi and many outlets to keep your electronics going the whole day - Private bathroom We are more than happy to schedule you in for a walk-through. If you would like to visit the space, please send us your preferred day/time. FOOD & BEVERAGE All catering services must be coordinated by Peerspace Concierge Team ([email protected]). Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space. SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT Peerspace guest booking the space are required to sign a supplemental agreement. Your host will provide a copy for your review after Peerspace booking has been accepted. NO SMOKING Our spaces are all smoke free. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS Absolutely No Smoking and No illicit drugs or pets allowed in the space or on the property, including outdoor deck space. Renter is solely responsible for the actions or any damage done by his/her staff, vendors, and guests at all times. Reservations will require at least one person be present in the main lobby to check in your guests, and direct them to the space. The space is located inside a residential apartment home community, so please do know that you may see our wonderful residents around. Please be mindful of that when booking your event. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Gorgeous space! Rented for my daughters 1st birthday party. Had about 40 people and was plenty of space since it was a nice day and we used both inside and the patio. Would 100% rent again for other uses. Easy parking, easy to confirm reservation and get the keys.
When we had questions ahead of the reservation date, we got responses almost immediately -- in every case, it took less than 90 minutes after sending questions to get an answer. We also received a good deal of assistance from the person in apartment complex office on the ground floor making sure we could help our own meeting attendees get into the main entrance and then onto the elevator, both of which required a fob to maintain security. The space itself was great -- a large area to put out some food, plenty of seating but with enough area to avoid crowding, and the ability to assemble inside or outside.

We absolutely loved this space! My fiancé and I rented it for our Wedding Rehearsal Lunch. It is even cooler in person if you can believe it. The outside patio space is a rooftop, which wasn’t immediately apparent from the photos, a great Seattle city vibe. The only minor downside was it was slightly difficult for our guests to arrive at different times, they had to be escorted up due to security. But the kitchen is great, the seating is awesome. Plenty of space, it has a private bathroom. And the host Philip was super responsive and easy to work with. I’d love to rent it again for another event and totally recommend it! 👍🏼

Place was wonderful, easy to find. Philip was very accomodatin, communicative. The fact that this place was available at such a last minute booking- I couldn't be any happier. The only down fall tr hat I'm not giving it a full 5 star rating-it was quite disappointing to find out, after the fact, that the ice maker wasnt working and the fridge was warm. Had we known this beforehand, we would've came prepared forboir guest. What's more unfortunate was that staff was aware and did not inform us when checking in. All in all, I would book this place again for possivle future events that we've got in mind.

This space was beautiful and comfortable. Exactly what was expected from the pictures. We will definitely use this space again for similar events. The host was also communicative and helpful. There was no trouble with getting confirmation of our reservation or access to the space on the day of the event.
