Our space offers stunning conference room in the heart of Downtown Oakland. We are located in a beautiful 9,000-square-foot space on the third floor of a historic building in downtown Oakland, an eclectic and diverse community filled with historic landmarks, cool shops and amazing restaurants. In addition to our large conference room, we also have: - Medium and small-sized Conference Rooms - a Lively Café area with open kitchen and seating for 30 - a vast, yet cozy Living Room - a modern Fitness Studio with dance floor and Peloton equipment All of our lovely spaces are available to rent individually or the entire space can be reserved for exclusive use. We are conveniently located in front of the 12th Street Oakland BART station, is on the 33 bus line and are surrounded by many parking lots for self-park. Bar minimum applies + 21% service charge + 8.5% tax applicable on all packages. Bar minimum subject to change based on hours of service and guest count. Minimums may be based per person (flat event rate) or on consumption (predetermined bar tab), which may be better if less than 4-hrs. Any overage of consumption will be billed next day for extended bar bill. Package includes (1) bar. Any additional satellite bars to be charged at $500.00 each + tax, bar minimum may be adjusted. Additional floor staff is available at $300.00 per person for a 6-hour period. Food: Premium preferred caterers by our expert partners can be provided for your event. You may also bring in any catering you would like (vendor insurance required). ____________________________ ADDITIONAL SERVICES + RENTALS - $250 + tax Furniture setup prior to event booking (guest provides layout and management sets up) - Audio Visuals: We have an exclusive provider that will put together custom quotes for your event. - Security: $50/hr (4-hr min) per guard, 1 Security Guard per 60 pp ____________________________ CONVENIENCE We are located in front of the 12th Street Oakland BART station and is on the 33 bus line. We are in the heart of downtown Oakland surrounded by award-winning restaurants, coffee shops, and retail. We have multiple parking lots for self-park. We can also organize and arrange valet parking for an additional cost. ____________________________ RATE SECTION Conference Room Non-Profit Pricing: - Weekdays (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM) = $60/hr - Weekdays evenings = $95/hr - Weekends = $140/hr Conference Room Pricing: - Weekdays (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM) = $75/hr - Weekdays (evenings) = $115/hr - Weekends = $175/hr

Set up and Clean up. All rentals include set up and tear down time. Please inquire for details about staffing. Insurance. Event insurance is required to book. Our team can help you obtain. Trash. Trash should be placed in the bins and we will take care of the rest. Printing. The printer/copier/scanner is available for your complimentary use. Smoking. No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted anywhere in our building. Pets. No pets allowed in our space. Of course, you are welcome to bring your service dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability, including a physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disability. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
