Centrally Located Emeryville Studio

This studio is centrally located in Emeryville and can accommodate variety of rental uses. The standing capacity of our beautiful space is about 150 people. There are two sides with about 50 people doing active movement on one side and 20-30 on the other side. We have 30 chairs available, you're welcome to rent and/or bring your own folding chairs for a larger event. The entire space is 4000 square feet , which includes (2) ADA accessible bathrooms. My space is private with frosted glass coverings on all the windows. It is relatively quiet although it is on a busy street, so you will hear some traffic outside. The layout of the space is fairly straightforward: an open box with a wall dividing the two sides with an opening in the middle to access both sides. Our ceilings are 20" high and 3 skylight to bring in a lot of natural light with electrical outlets about every 12'. This space offers white boards with markers, a high quality 50" screen LED TV, and SONOS speakers. This space has passed all City of Emeryville and State of California Codes for ADA accessibility and Platinum LEED certification energy use. We offer Group Personal Training for all levels with high quality coaching.
