About the Space
This bright, spacious three tiered contemporary art gallery is located in Pioneer Square, the historic district of Seattle. Your rental would include 2,500 square feet of open space, with beautiful artwork on the wall, high ceilings and large windows facing 1st Ave S. The space features two bathrooms, as well as a private back room with a kitchen. Ideal for photo shoots, film shoots, magazine shoots, and other endless possibilities. Easy to load street-level entrance. If you would like to serve alcoholic drinks, please refer to https://lcb.wa.gov/licensing/online-banquet-permit to obtain your banquet permit. The following is included with your rental: 4 chairs 7 6ft tables with black or white table cloths 1 reception table 1 couch 1 built in bench seating 4 podiums/cocktail tables And feel free to bring your own food or have it catered by nearby restaurants. All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Laura and Gene (The Gallery Owners) Were absolutely amazing. We are extremely grateful to them!
