The space was great! We hosted a 70th birthday party for about 30 people and the space was just the right size. Such a gem. The pictures do it justice and there were no surprises. Access was easy. And so was the parking. It was quirky and cozy....I could live there. Everyone enjoyed the space and the cool story about being fire horse stables.

Fantastic space - perfect for mid-size get-togethers. Sara was so helpful and seemed to really make sure I had everything I needed. She was clear about limitations of the room (decorating, etc.) which made prep work really easy. We had trouble connecting with the speaker and she was sure to come back, fix it, and make sure we could get our music going. She was very helpful/responsive leading up to the booking and was happy to move certain furniture pieces/art out of the room to cater to my requests. She was available for questions throughout the entire time of the booking which was incredibly helpful especially near the end of the night in terms of cleanup. The space is a perfect size, lots of room and lots of flexibility in terms of what you can do with it. Thank you Sara for a wonderful night!

Great space, it was exactly as advertised. We rented this space for a small baby shower (12 people) and it was perfect. Sara was great to work with too -- no complaints! The one thing I'd say is that a lot of people had trouble seeing the building from the road, so I'd definitely suggest including a photo or description for your guests.
