Once the horse stables for the neighboring fire department, now is a flexible space for your creative event, art exhibit, social gathering, or intimate reception. CLEAN-UP - Please leave the space in the same condition as you found it. - Clean up any spills or messes that occur during your rental (cleaning supplies are provided). - Remove all decorations and equipment you setup/install. - Leave recycling and trash in the provided containers. The host will empty these after your event. RULES - Do not stand on the furniture. If you need a ladder to setup decorations please ask and the host will provide one. - No smoking or vaping inside the space. Smoking outside is fine, but please cleanup cigarette butts. - No glitter or confetti. - The use of open flames (candles, oil lamps, etc) is prohibited. - Banquet permits may be required (check with the host for details). - Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times the stated hourly rate. - No nails, screws, or heavy duty tape that will damage the walls or paint. Thumbtacks and painters tape are OK. - Our space expressly prohibits any illegal activity on its premises during the course of any rental. You agree to be solely responsible for the conduct and welfare of all persons accompanying you while on our premises.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Great Spot! Parking was good! Venue was opened for my guest and they were let in before me although I arrived 5 minutes before time and I wanted to be first one in! I did not like that! Also when time was over I was expecting to see them so I waited and then walked out and left it. Other than that great people! Great spot! Great communication!

We had my daughter's first birthday here and loved it! Sara and Sawyer were very responsive and helpful before and during the event. It was also easy to decorate because the space itself is so cute. Would definitely rent again if another event comes up!

I was beyond happy with not only the venue, but Sara the host. I had never been to the venue, and she was so quick to respond to the hundreds of questions I had- extremely helpful and accommodating. All of our guests commented on how pretty the space was. I found we barely even needed much decor because the overall feel of the space was inviting and really cute. Not to mention, plenty of easy parking which is rare in the city. I would rent this space over and over again. Thanks so much Sara!

We hosted a surprise party at The Urban Cabin and it was awesome! The space is well decorated and has a great feel to it. There was ample street parking plenty of room inside for the 20 guests. Sara was a fantastic host, I would absolutely recommend this location!

Sara was at the space when I arrived, it was already heated and very clean. She provided clear instructions and was very easy to work with. I used this space for a baby shower and it was excellent. I will definitely keep this space in mind in the future, it was lovely!
