Free street parking

There is usually some free street parking on surrounding blocks however ride share is strongly encouraged.

There is natural light through small windows towards the back of the space leading to our outdoor area. This can easily be mitigated by setting up production towards the front of the venue.

The indoor space is generally quiet, if production will be in the outdoor space standard neighborhood noise should be anticipated.

Stairs

This is a basement level location. There are stairs leading down into the space from the outdoor.

The circuit breaker can be easily access however owner will assist. The space features outlets throughout including in the outdoor space.

GENERAL HOUSE RULES Booking party must be 25+ years of age Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes before your booked media production time. If you need time to set up please be sure to account for that time when booking. No additional set up time is allotted for media production listing. The end time is prompt. There is no allotted time for teardown. Removal of all items you wish to keep and full exit of all guests must happen by the event end time. Late fees will be charged starting 15 min after the event time. The late fee is 1x the hourly rate in 30-minute increments. We are a smoke-free facility. No smoking is permitted inside including in the restroom. Smokers may utilize the outdoor backyard space and use applicable ashtrays at all times. Any guests violating smoking restrictions will be asked to leave. There should be NO loitering outside of the event space within 25ft at any time during the event. Guest is authorized to use the space as detailed when booking and for no other purpose. Excessive messes resulting from but not limited to - glitter, cotton candy, confetti, and wall messes may result in an additional cleaning fee of $150. Owner reserves the right to define, "excessive messes." No Pets Our space is provided as is and will be clean and ready to use at the time of your event. We do not set up or stage space before the event and make no warranty to you regarding the suitability of the space for your specific intended use. Included tables, chairs, and other included amenities will be stacked and waiting upon your arrival. Quantities of items are subject to change without notice. Our large photo farm chair can be moved inside or outside per your request by one of our staff members. Staff members maintain garbage levels and bathroom supplies throughout the event. DECOR/STAGING No nails, screws, staples, heavy-duty tape, or any other materials that can result in damage to walls, ceiling, etc are allowed to be used during setup. INCIDENTALS By booking through Peerspace, guests agree to cover in full any damages that they or their invitees cause during the booking.

The indoor space is a blank canvas and can be set up as you choose without causing damage to the walls, ceilings etc. The outdoor space features patio furniture that CANNOT be moved.
