I would like to say the space is ideal of course, Loved the openness of the space and how it was not hard to find. Parking could have been better, and upon arrival we were meet with some unfriendly news as the co owner of the building tried to say due to covid we couldn't have my mother's surprise 50th birthday, of course we booked almost a month in a half before the actual day of the party and the owner of the building we were in never informed the other building owner of the event because they share bathrooms. Understandable but as we were setting up he asked if it might be possible to relocate or cancel, i kindly and professionally informed him that wouldn't be possible because we spent thousands on decorations food a Dj and the venue itself. He wasn't happy about it (the co owner) but honestly that's the professional problem in the background that has nothing to do with my party that is scheduled the day of , if they would have contacted me a few weeks in advance that would have been different. But that was miscommunication on their end not mines. although we said we might have 100 people it was no more than 25 if that, we just wanted a space large enough. Of course we had children in attendance and the bathroom got a little messy and there was a spill in the hallway, before I even knew they shared bathrooms I went in the bathroom and cleaned it up because it's my event and I want to leave it how we came.
