About the Space
Our beautiful roof top lounge is perfect for any social gathering, party, or meeting. Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. Multiple grills makes this space ideal for events that utilize catering, or ones with a grill master. The space features: Casual seating arrangements with outdoor couches, chairs, and tables Dining table with seating Decorative accent lighting Semi-private space 4 Gas grills Pool Table Ping Pong table Fire pits Multiple TV's We recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. No pets or animals allowed in the space. Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. Any music, DJ, instrumentalist, or karaoke would need to be pre-approved in advance. Limited parking is available at the community, but we do recommend ride sharing. Ask us for any additional information you might need.

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Space was great and more then we needed! Would recommend for large gatherings. We were a group of 15 and barely used 20% of the area. Would recommend to anyone looking for outdoor, large, and interactive space for guests (various seating set ups etc).
