Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Ideal for small meetings, conference calls, interviews, trainings or workshops. The room is suitable for up to 12 people. Parking description

There's parking space onsite and free street parking on Olive Ave. The courthouse parking is one block away and it's free.

General Rules

- No smoking allowed on the premises. - Noise should be kept to a moderate level as a courtesy to other person(s) in the building. - Furniture may be rearranged but must be put back at the end of the booking. Please inquire for permission first. - Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking. - Filming is only allowed with given notice to the host. - Overtime accrued after the booking period is up is charged at a 1.5x hourly rate. Please let the host know at least an hour before time is up.
