This industrial-meets-wood themed event space provides a secluded 4.559sqft, corporate-styled, intimate space with its own dedicated reception and dining area. Eclectic elements of screens, advanced audio system, warm woods, and accent lighting offer a fully customizable environment perfect for corporate medium-size events, standing receptions, seated dinners, startup pitchings or evening events. The space is divided into three main areas: - SMALL EVENT SPACE (up to 65 people seated): which can be also opened to the lobby to create and entire larger space - LARGE EVENT SPACE (up to 120 people seated) - LOBBY: which provides access to the space and can be also used as catering area or for other side activities meanwhile two events are happening at the same time.

It was great to work with Federico and team on our event, they made it really easy to just show and up set up in less than a hour. Would recommend to anyone hosting a panel or networking event, tons of room and close to the train. Great for those planning from out of town and need a turn key solution.

Overall, it was a good experience. Team was communicative beforehand and answered my questions. When we got there we were able to tell them how we wanted the chairs and tables organized and they got right to it, helping rearrange the room. Also, being in a coworking/innovation space was a good vibe for the type of event we wanted to do. There were a few cons when it came to layout. We rented the small area and right next door was a larger area that another group was using. The sound from their event definitely bled over into our space, making it difficult to hear at times. The team originally said they'd lay a carpet under the door to help muffle the sound, but they never did. During the event I went and asked if they could, but still never happened. Also, the bathroom is a little far from the room and not the easiest to find for our attendees. The only other thing is an extra security deposit. My goal with booking on things like Peerspace is that all of that is kind of taken care of. I use Peerspace basically monthly and haven't had another experience with a separate security deposit. And I'm not seeing the charge reversed yet 5 days later. Not a deal breaker though. All that said, I think the space is good and one I would book again as long as they find a way to better control the sound leakage

Host was super responsive and invited us for a couple of walk-throughs before the event and our time at Mind The Bridge was overall good - the folks behind the space were kind and helpful in accommodating the majority of the requests for our large team offsite (40-50ppl). However there were some small hiccups that would be beneficial to note: 1) Running separate events in parallel does not contribute to a good environment as the space gets overly noise and distracting. The glass doors do not provide enough soundproofing 2) Too many confused/lost people walked into the meeting looking for either an area upstairs or for the meeting in the large room 3) The IT setup could be more user friendly 4) Glass doors allow for non-participating personnel to see meeting 5) The catering companies were late for both setups 5a) the food was mediocre 6) lack of bathrooms downstairs is not ideal

We had a fantastic experience booking the small room at MTB for a two day event on extremely short notice. Federico was always responsive to our questions and needs (within the hour for planning questions, and immediately/continuously throughout the day during our event), and he had great ideas for making our rental work best for us. They've done a fantastic job of putting together a beautiful, highly functional space that we know we'll be counting on again for team offsites.
