All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Our restaurant is for guests looking to rent an event space and bring in their own catering or food trucks. All bookings are without host provided catering and we're happy to provide you with a list of great food vendors. Our kitchen should be used to keep food hot at the space, not used to prepare food in-house. We offer a stove top burner, flatbed, and fryer for an additional cost. We do not have an oven. There's a great food truck area directly in front of the space with a semi-private parking lot. A trendy and personable venue where family, friends, or coworkers can gather. Features 35 indoor seats and a large sliding window which connects you to the heated outdoor patio that seats an additional 20 people. Indoor area amenities include speakers and a 55 inch television. Its located in a corner area where all other businesses close by 6pm which provides for ultimate privacy to mingle exclusively with your guests.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Celebrated my Mom’s golden birthday here. The place was perfect making it such an intimate gathering within our family & friends. The host was easy to talk to and accommodating to any inquiries I would have. Would definitely come back for other occasions and book this place again. Thanks for having us in this place!

Waleed was a superb host from start to finish, he responded to all of my initial questions before booking and was responsive throughout the night with other questions. We had booked this placed for a Thanksgiving get together dinner and the place was just as described. We appreciated the open area and were able to set up our potluck with ease. The area is nice and secluded as most shops around had already closed when we arrived. There are plenty of open parking spots available, however, be aware that there are 4 parking spots near the restaurant that are reserved for the bank's customer parking. Overall my first experience booking on Peerspace was extremely satisfying thanks to Waleed. I'd love to make this an annual thing. If you're reading this, thanks Waleed!

I booked this restaurant for a baby shower. It’s clean, spacious, and a convenient location. Waleed was super responsive and so easy to work with. Unfortunately, San Mateo was affected by PGE’s planned blackouts, so we ultimately had to move our party, but Waleed was gracious and gave us a full refund. I hope for another chance to work with him again. Don’t hesitate to book this space!

I rented this property for my husbands birthday party last weekend and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Waleed answered all of my questions quickly, explained everything when I met him to take a look at the place and grab the key, and made sure all was sparkling clean and ready to go. The ambiance is good, and it is cozy and cute! We had a great time. Would definitely book again!

The space is perfect for any get together you have in mind. I threw my boyfriend a surprise birthday party here and everything went so smooth thanks to the host, Waleed. He was willing to show the place a little early so you're familiar with the space ahead of time and when I explained the event I wanted to throw, he made great suggestions that I ended up using for the surprise. I highly suggest anyone looking for a place for a get together to contact Waleed and book it soon because this is such a great place.
