All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
The upstairs of our art gallery is available to rent for small & intimate events. The space boasts wood floors, whitewashed walls and bay windows. We can arrange tables to comfortably seat 10 guests, or leave the space open to accommodate around 25 guests. As an active local gallery, there is almost always local, affordable, and engaging art in the building. This provides additional appeal and decoration to your private event. Additional amenities or features include: • (3) folding 6-foot tables • (2) long, thin tables • (25) folding chairs • Projector and screen available (please note - this comes at an extra cost of $100) *Please note, there are two flights of steps both to access the building and to use the upstairs restrooms. Our building is quite old and is not accessible via wheelchair

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
