The serene environment creates a huge contrast from the busy Brooklyn streets. Featuring open space floor design with high ceiling and exposed piping detail. It is a private home space, hence, perfect for someone that’s looking for an intimate interview, short video setting, or lifestyle shoots. The open space kitchen and the long wooden island are the ideal setups for cooking videos. Entering from the street level private entrance into the loft. Consisting of a nicely furnished kitchen with wooden kitchen island work table and open shelves, cozy lounge sofa with floor rattan mat seating, and a large family-style dining table. Only available up request: - The lower loft has curtain dividers that can be set up for the dressing & makeup room. The same room is convertible into a bedroom shoot. - Additional folding tables, chairs, rolling racks, and hangers. - Rearrangeable wheeled modular lounges to create a set of your preference.
