It is a private home setting, hence, perfect for someone who's looking for an intimate business gathering. Fully equipped kitchen with huge wooden kitchen island work table, open kitchen shelves, refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher along with a large family-sized dining table that seats 12-14 people. We have a coffee maker, instant pot, sous vide. See the sample menu in the photos. To ensure a comfortable stay throughout the year, there is a Window Ac and Central heating system. The seating arrangement of the guests can be divided between the lower and upper loft. Important Things To Note: The assistant will be sometimes be working in the back office (separate from your space and we have a separate entrance). Some amenities listed below are only available upon request. Please make sure to ask about it so we can leave it out for you. Disclaimer: For winter rentals, our charming loft building carries a bit of history, including its heating system, which may produce some noise. If you’re intending to host presentations, we recommend seating your guests in the upper loft area for optimal acoustics. Should you prefer the lower loft spaces, we suggest bringing along a portable voice amplifier. Alternatively, you can rent one from us, simply refer to our add-on menu for details. What is included in the cleaning fee? Disinfecting ALL surfaces, including sweeping, mopping floor, table tops, counters, bathroom....etc.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
