Invite your team to this peaceful and spacious meeting space. Located in the heart of Brooklyn, featuring open space floor design with high ceiling and exposed piping detail. It is a private home setting, hence, perfect for someone who's looking for an intimate business gathering. Fully equipped kitchen with huge wooden kitchen island work table, open kitchen shelves, refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher along with a large family-sized dining table that seats 12-14 people. We have grind & brew coffee maker, french press, instant pot, sous vide. See the sample menu in photos. To ensure the comfortable stay throughout the year, there is Window Ac and Central heating system. The seating arrangement of the guests can be divided between the lower and upper loft. HOURS: Our space is available for the duration of your booked time. Additional hours for load-in, load-out, and any other access to the space must be included in our contract. Overtime will be charged at 1.5x the standard rate unless notified & agreed. NOISE- No DJs, no loud music. OFF LIMITS- Area behind the curtain divider are off limits. CLEAN UP- Cleaning fee does not include garbage disposal. Guests must remove any trash, food, setups they bring into the space by the end of the booking. Furniture must be moved back to where you found it. If the room is not left in clean, professional condition, the renter will incur a fee of up to $300. NO SMOKING- No smoking, no exceptions. Violation fee of $250 will be billed. DELAY OF USE FOR THE GUEST- If guest violate our space rules, and as a result, triggers a refund/ discount to the next guest, you will be responsible for any loss of income by the host. DAMAGE- Any damage made to property or furnishings which exceed the deposit amount will be billed to the guest and will be reported to Peerspace.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

UNbelievable!!!! Amazing space. Its muchhhhh bigger than it looks in pictures. Please don’t hesitate. Everything was perfect and the owners and assist = so understanding and helpful. Thank you so much. I was nervous at first because i thought the space would be too small. But it definitely exceeded my expectations. I didn’t do a full count but we had about 40 people and still had extra space. Will be doing this for my bridal shower!

We had a great experience at this loft! This was the perfect space for our small group offsite - easy to coordinate with the host and access the space, it was a great environment for some more reflective, team time and overall things were clean, well appointed and very reflective of the listing. We were super happy to spend the afternoon here and would be happy to visit again!

We loved Ellen's space! Ellen was very responsive and great to work with. The space was stunning and very versatile. We did ask if we could use the bedroom for our shoot before booking and she said yes but then when we were there said that it was being used for storage so that was one detail that was a bit confusing. Other than that, wonderful experience and would highly recommend!

The Williamsburg loft was perfect for my team off-site. The space is very comfortable and homey while also being very functional. Hanya/Ellen were great hosts, very responsive and helpful in booking catering and a pre-booking visit of the space. Working with them was fantastic and made the whole experience very turn key. The caterer they provided was great - we loved the food. The only thing I would caution is that the host stays on-premise, though out of view. This was not a problem for my event, but just something to be aware of. I definitely recommend this space!

I had a Baby Shower for my daughter and son in law on Saturday, October 5th. The space was perfect for the 16 people that attended. The space was clean and there was plenty of space in the kitchen area for the food set up. The caterer we used was recommended by the host. Chef Ari was wonderful to work with and the food prepared was wonderful! I would definitely book this space again and use Chef Ari also.

We hosted a rehearsal dinner for 18 in this space and had a wonderful time. We used the dishes, flatware and glasses on hand, used the stove and refrigerator, and appreciated having the tables and chairs right there. The lighting is adaptable for coziness. Our hosts were helpful and made sure we had what we needed. Our guests had a great time, everyone relaxed into a fun, delicious, and memorable evening. We would highly recommend this space for an event!
