Located in the heart of Brooklyn, featuring an open space floor design with a high ceiling and exposed piping detail. It is a private home setting, hence, perfect for someone who's looking for an intimate business gathering. Fully equipped kitchen with huge wooden kitchen island work table, open kitchen shelves, refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher along with a large family-sized dining table that seats 12-14 people. We have a coffee maker, instant pot, sous vide. See the sample menu in the photos. To ensure a comfortable stay throughout the year, there is a Window Ac and Central heating system. The seating arrangement of the guests can be divided between the lower and upper loft. Important Things To Note: The assistant will be sometimes be working in the back office (separate from your space and we have a separate entrance).
