Located in the heart of Brooklyn, featuring an open space floor design with a high ceiling and exposed piping detail. It is a private home setting, hence, perfect for someone who's looking for an intimate business gathering. Fully equipped kitchen with huge wooden kitchen island work table, open kitchen shelves, refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher along with a large family-sized dining table that seats 12-14 people. We have a coffee maker, instant pot, sous vide. See the sample menu in the photos. To ensure a comfortable stay throughout the year, there is a Window Ac and Central heating system. The seating arrangement of the guests can be divided between the lower and upper loft. Important Things To Note: The assistant will be sometimes be working in the back office (separate from your space and we have a separate entrance). This space was great for me to teach my workshop, everything is perfectly taken care of, it has everything that is needed to develop a beautiful training experience. I could not use the projector, because the space did not suit my needs, a support table was required to project and the monitor was well below the visual line in relation to the table, I understand that this could be a way to improve, to be able to use this resource. However, choosing this space is a great decision and the availability of Alleana is wonderful.

We reserved the space for a team offsite in July of 2023. Our experience was wonderful! Ahead of our booking, the host Alleana was super responsive to all of our questions as we prepped for the meeting + offered some helpful tips. We also received a super detailed set of instructions about the space, including photos, that made using it a breeze. The day-off, we were simply floored to see the apartment in person. The space was perfect for our group of 10, even when we needed to do breakout sessions. The ambiance is very light, airy + cozy. There is a skylight allowing for lots of natural sunlight as well as a variety of greenery throughout the space. The kitchen stocked with appliances + dishware was very nice as it allowed us to purchase/waste less. Overall, a seamless experience + suited our needs perfectly.
