About the Space

This area is perfect for your next meeting, workshop, or social gathering! Comfortably accommodating up to 20 people. Parking is limited since we do not have dedicated parking, carpooling is highly recommended. This space has it's own full kitchen, 3 work tables, lounge seating, free wifi, and even billiards! That's right, a Pool Table, Foosball, and Shuffleboard will help push your meet-up over the top. Perfect activities include work meetings/workshops, presentations, news gatherings, or even study groups. Located a stone's throw away from Mill Creek Town Center and McCollum Park & Ride we are easy to find and commute to. Reservation hours between 10 am -5 pm Tuesday through Saturday.

No event signage can be left outside of the reserved space as we are also open for business during all reservation times. No food or liquid on the gaming tables. Minors must not be left unattended at any time. Alcohol is allowed on property only with additional insurance coverage required by Peerspace Service Agreement and guests must be over the legal age of 21 to receive, distribute, and consume. SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT Peerspace guest booking the space are required to sign a supplemental agreement. Your host will provide a copy for your review after Peerspace booking has been accepted. NO SMOKING Our spaces are all smoke-free. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.

The space itself is really nice. The kitchen is a big perk. It was a great space for our event. Cons are what others have mentioned and what I knew going into the event: the parking sucks. It would have been so nice if they were able to reserve some spaces for our guests for the time of our event. Also the entrance to the event space is so awkward. I had to wait outside for a long time waiting for people to show up to let them in the separate entrance because it is a locked entrance. It would have been easier if they had allowed me to post a sign at the front to call me when someone arrived, but they don’t allow signs outside that others might see. Allowing people to post a sign would have prevented some guests from wandering into their leasing office. That was more annoying than the parking because I had to miss a good chunk of the party waiting for people to arrive. Overall, a nice space and good experience with a couple annoyances.

Great venue for a kids party. Lots of space and things that can be done for guests. Only suggestion would be to communicate guest access day off, because they told us on the day of the party that our guests can only pass through the side doors which was locked and we had to monitor it. Which is difficult as we were mostly on the other room. Other than that would recommend this place.

We were so thrilled to find out that this rental is available to non-residents! We've had several events there when friends lived there so we knew it was a great space! Was perfect for the baby shower we had there. The kitchen covered all our needs great! There is existing seating for 23-26 people which lessened the need to bring in seating. The staff was so friendly and easy to work with. The only complaint I had was that with the rental it should be expected that the clubhouse parking be reserved for the event but unfortunately the already small lot was 70% full creating parking issues for our guests so my only constructive critique would be to prevent residents from parking there during rental events and reserve it for the guests but we will definitely rent here again whenever we need a beautiful space! Thank you so much!
