Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. The space was amazing the staff was VERY helpful. The TVs on either end of the room are great work working meetings and even allowed us to easily break into two groups to get some stuff done. Have access to the other half of the room was also a huge plus as the team enjoyed taking breaks and playing games. I can not express just how awesome Jill is! She was beyond helpful and saved the day when I was caught in traffic and unable to meet our breakfast catering company. We will for sure be back and can't thank Jill & Hotel Zephyr enough!

The host was very responsive and the space appeared as advertised. We held a small team offsite here for about 20-30 people. =
