About the Space
**Covid update: For the time being, occupancy is limited to 10 people, and face masks must be worn! Thank you!** This sunny, beautiful space on South Congress in trendy St. Elmo district is a 500 sf rental directly on the street on lower South Congress Ave. Brand new construction. Highly visible from the street and surrounded by other retail floor units in the new Public Lofts building. This sunny space features 10' ceilings and crisp white walls. Sparkling clean single restroom shared with only 1 other person in rear office. The space is normally used as an art gallery and is easy to transform to fit your needs. Available furniture, shown in the photos, includes: shelving system, sofa, glass side table, 2 white pedestals, 6 chairs, and an extendable leaf table. Additional curtain tracks on the ceiling can provide for a 7' x 7' changing room or hidden storage back area. The space is also available unfurnished to fill however you need. This space has been used for retail pop-up events, meetings, book clubs, bridal and baby showers, tasting events, classes/workshops, and more. There is a vehicle driveway/pull-aside near the front door for easy loading/unloading of equipment. Rentals help to sustain our community art activities. Help support the arts by renting this space!

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This space was absolutely perfect for shooting. It was very clean and brought in a lot of natural light. I even appreciated the sonos speaker setup so we could have music playing easily for our shoot. Will definitely shoot here again! All around a great experience.

Amazing experience from start to finish!! Meghan is a wonderful host who took such great care of me. She is very responsive, and even allowed me to preview the venue before our event. The space is gorgeous and just the perfect size for a small gathering of 30 or less. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. I loved having use of the Sonos system, wifi, and loading area next to the venue. This made getting setup super easy. I would absolutely book this venue again. I appreciate Meghan making a stressful time less stressful for us.
