There is a parking lot attached to the building. It's first come first serve, but there's plenty of street parking as well.

Please be aware that the booking time includes setup and teardown time. We ask that you be upfront about why you're booking the space so we can help accommodate your rental. If you're booking for a photoshoot, video production etc, we want you to have the best experience. If you're looking to use the space for film or TV production, please let us know so we can discuss details, pricing & availability. OVERTIME - If you exceed the indicated booking time, you will be charged the same rate for extra time. PARKING - There is a parking lot attached to the building. It's first come first serve, but there's plenty of street parking as well. LOAD IN/OUT - There is a ramp to a garage and a loading dock for trucks for you to use. There are 2 padded elevators as well. DAMAGE - Anyone booking the space is responsible for any damage to our equipment or studio space. OTHER RULES No smoking allowed on the premises. No weapons are permitted on the premises. No misconduct, including causing a nuisance to other clients, mistreatment of South Facing Windows staff, illegal activity, destruction/vandalism of South Facing Windows & Bluestar equipment or facilities. Food and drink must be limited to areas with hard floors/concrete and away from sets/props/equipment and carpet. Music/voices are to be kept to reasonable levels. No pets are allowed inside the premises.
