Expansive parlor floor apartment in a beautiful turn of the century brownstone with 14 foot ceilings). There is a large bedroom with king sized bed, one bathroom, a massive living room (one wall full-length mirrors) with an L-shaped couch, a massive eat-in kitchen with everything you could desire for cooking in. A dining room copper table that accommodates 8 people. A small 2nd bedroom that I use as an office. The office leads out to a terrace and into the backyard, which is shared only with my amazing downstairs neighbors. During the summer it's well planted, has a hammock for lounging, a tree swing, and a large table for dining and cocktails. Rate is $100/hr for a group of 10 and less, $150/hr for groups of more than 10 (could be more, depending on size of crew and impact of the shoot/event). Either owner or location manager will be on site for the duration of the shoot/event. SPACE USES: We've successfully shot a variety of TV commercials, branded content, music videos, magazine covers, talking head videos and food promos in the space. DAY RATE and HOURS: If you plan on staging a day before and leaving items in the loft over night, let us know in advance as NIGHT STORAGE IS NOT INCLUDED in the listed rate - even if you book multiple days. We have a 5 hour minimum. Overtime is 1.5x, charged in 30 min increments, per Peerspace rules. LOCATION/PARKING/SUBWAYS: The space is on the parlor floor (with only one short exterior staircase for load-in, as well as wide double door entrance) but the staircase is straight and wide, with high ceilings. It's located in the Fort Greene/Clinton Hill neighborhood, near Fort Greene park. There is street parking but also a parking garage right behind the building. Near Q/B/R (Dekalb), C (Lafayette), G (Fulton). CLEANING FEE: Covers bathroom clean and floor sweep. Guests are responsible for dishes, trash and moving furniture to original staging. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
