Quaint yet spacious 3-4 bedroom 2 bath bungalow situated right in the heart of Midtown Atlanta’s famous tree-canopied historic residential neighborhood; walking distance to Piedmont Park, shopping, dining, and entertainment. Hardwood floors throughout, it's an entertainment-friendly floor plan with a bright open kitchen, and a beautiful back yard with hot tub. The space is a 100-year-old bungalow with clean minimal design, mid century modern furniture, and speakers for surround-sound music throughout. An inviting living room and adjoining dining room are great for relaxing after a day at work or play. There are two small sitting rooms: the meditation room connects to the living room, sharing its gas fireplace, and the breakfast room beyond the kitchen overlooks the private back yard and deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas appliances and there is a propane grill out back. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and closet. The second bedroom features a lovely antique bed and workspace. A private loft upstairs acts as a third bedroom and washes warm sunlight into the space through its large skylight and stained-glass window. The media room houses the a television, media center, and house-wide sound system, and has a sofa. The hot tub on the back deck is an amazing spot for shootings. The entire house with its structural features, style, furniture and lighting is the perfect setting for filming and photo shoots. In addition, the kitchen can be easily used to store and / or prepare coffee, drinks and food for the entire staff. Keep in mind that while the bungalow's original door hardware and hardwood flooring have aged well, they can sometimes squeak and creak lovingly as you roam about the house. It's just a part of her impeccable charm! #thisoldhouse MIDTOWN ATLANTA Walking distance to everything Midtown has to offer, you'll find shopping, dining, and numerous other sites as Piedmont Park, the Margaret Mitchell House and Museum, the High Museum of Art, the Center for Puppetry Arts, The Fabulous Fox Theatre, The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, Ponce City Market, and much more, which can be relevant depending on what you are filming in the house.
