No smoking. Notify host if you intend to use a smoke machine. No loud music after 10pm. Furniture can only be moved upon request. Furniture and decor that are moved must be returned to the original location before production's end time. Do not unplug refrigerator or freezer. Do not turn off refrigerator cooling. Trash and recycling should sorted correctly trash/paper/plastic &metal and left in their appropriate bags on the side of the house. Garbage that is not properly sorted or not bagged is subject to additional cleaning fees. Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors. All rentals include set up and break down time, otherwise overtime will be charged. Overtime will be charged at time and a half unless discussed in advanced. Use of front yard must be cleared in advance. Pets allowed but must be cleared in advance. Dining room chandelier cannot be moved/adjusted. Do not block the neighbor's driveway. Use of neighbors lawn and driveway are not permited. Tech scouts are limited to 1 hour, if longer than an hour, will be charged a rate of $100 an hour for each additional hour. Productions that last more than one day are subject to an increased rate of $200 an hour. All equipment must be taken when you leave each night, storage fees will be charged for equipment left over night, dropped off early or left past scheduled production. ($100-$200 per night) No shoes in house or must wear shoe covers Please do not place equipment on hard surfaces (dining table, kitchen counters) without a furniture pad or protection laid down first. Please ask before adhering anything to walls - be prepared with paper or painters tape, no gaffers tape or duct tape on interior or exterior walls. You may move furniture and objects, but please put back in original location. Holes in wall that in patching and/or spots where paint is pulled off all is subject to a Wall Repair Fee of $25

Standard COI

All can be moved except the TV and living room chandelier. Just notify home owner what is being moved.
