Our space exists as a creative workspace, primarily functioning as an art gallery and handcrafted retail space. This unique storefront is one of kind and perfect for meetings, photoshoots, workshops, gallery events and pop up retail showcases. Located on 3rd Street, in the heart of the Dogpatch neighborhood of San Francisco, the location offers an option for public interest and foot traffic. Near by, the space is in close proximity to galleries, restaurants, climbing gym and bars. Main event space is 500 sq ft. and can accommodate up to 50 guests (max occupancy 55). Natural and gallery lighting. Accommodations offered based on function (tables, display cabinets, etc.). Small kitchen (mini-fridge, oven, and sink) available. The space offers a back room that can easily be closed off from the main gallery. Backroom with access to the bathroom, small desk, and sound system. Back courtyard can be used by host for prep and/or equipment space/storage. Happy to tour our space with renters and discuss accommodations prior to booking.

We had a great experience here. The space was perfect for our pop-up gallery sale - open and bright, but also intimate and warm. The hosts were amazingly helpful. They had tables, shelves, and tools ready to use, and were available to help and answer questions. Visitors commented on what a great space it was!
