This Liberty Street home is a light filled daily rental for private events, company off-sites and video / photo productions. The standard rental period is between 8AM and 8PM. Need an inspiring space for the day! We've got you covered! It is a semi open floor plan (dining, kitchen and living room) that can host up to a 15 person event in casual San Francisco style. If you have a larger event in mind, please contact us and we can discuss whether we can accommodate your needs. COMPANY OFF-SITES / INTIMATE GATHERINGS: The Liberty Street home is a renovated Edwardian with 10' ceilings, amazing light, a designer kitchen and lots of comfortable seating. It is approximately 1,100 ssft. (including the deck) PHOTO / VIDEO PRODUCTIONS: The windows in the space are all essentially north facing - the light is diffused and does not shine directly into the space. The Loft includes: - 8-10 person dining table that can be moved to allow more seating - 5 person banquet in the kitchen area - Living room seating for 8 (large sofa (6'), 2 large comfy chairs, several ottomans and floor pillows; - WiFi is available - Variety of dimmable light designs and configurations; - Room to store your gear or do hair and makeup off-set Check-in: 8AM or later. We'll give you a quick rundown of the space, answer all your questions and then she's all yours! Check-out: 8PM. We would appreciate it if you put the space back in a similar condition to how you found it at checkin. We'll hire professional cleaners to do the floors, bathroom, etc., but please put the furniture back prior to departure. We would love to learn of damage as soon as possible so that repairs can be made before the next guest arrives. Guests are responsible for the cost of the repairs. You may double park in the street for unloading and loading, but will need a parking permit during your stay of more than 2 hours. The MUNI J Church Liberty stop is 1 house away.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
