We have 8-10 gated parking spots in the back of our studio, there's free parking out front until 10pm-5am, and the side streets are free 24/7.

We understand most location scouts want to deal with the owner but you would have never heard of us without Peerspace. They have been very good to us so please only use the PLATFORM for any inquiries. SOUND. We must inform you ahead of time that sound may be difficult at times during business hours. Its not impossible, as we have had many films and commercials shot here but we are in no way a sound studio. We have to be honest and make sure you have a successful shoot. There are some exceptions to this if you absolutely need to film here. Again we are not discouraging your film project as we welcome any job. If you've ever worked on a music video you will understand. NO ELEVATOR. We have 3 entrances; A front and back door as well as a 10' roll up gate in the back. INSURANCE. You are responsible for your own insurance to cover damage & liability, and agree to replace or reimburse all damage within 48 hours and you will need to show us you have insurance before you can film here with Vangard Studios listed as additonally insured. Also, this is a working sound stage and construction zone, so there may be loose nails, sharp edges, power tools, wet paint, etc. While we make every effort to ensure a safe environment, use of the studio is at your own risk and liability. PERMITS. The City of Los Angeles requires permits for most film shoots even if filming exclusively inside our studio. A permit is usually not required if the shoot is filmed entirely handheld or with a small tripod, and using handheld lighting or reflectors (no light stands). Depending on the size of your crew, or any special safety concerns for stunts or exterior shots, they may require an on-site police or fire officer at an additional fee. You are responsible for determining if your shoot requires a permit, and obtaining it before your shoot. PARKING. 10 spots in our gated back parking and there's plenty of free parking in the surrounding neighbors. The front parking only has a restriction from 10pm - 5am. Let all production be aware of this. SPECS. Main studio totals 5000 square ft 20 ft high ceiling, 4 bathrooms, Make-up Hair Room, Wardrobe Room, Production Office, Conference Room, Lobby, and VIP Office. LOCATION. We are located in North Hollywood. POWER: Plenty of house power for small shoots, may want to consider a genie for a bigger shoot. RENTAL ITEMS. Upon Request.
