Our building houses dozens of top galleries, with more just a short walk away. Right across the street, you can enter the Highline, the stunning elevated park which is a highlight of Chelsea. This space is the perfect way to the soak up the industrial creative ambience of the neighborhood. A spacious working artist’s area segues into a large open space with a presentation/serving kitchen. The layout of the studio provides various ways an event can be situated, including opportunity for breakout spaces. A newly designed kitchen, open to the main space is a perfect place to serve and display food and drinks. An additional prep-kitchen is available for caterers for food preparation. There are 3 newly refurbished bathrooms. The building has 2 large passenger elevators, and a freight elevator that opens directly into the space. Multiple large conference tables are available with identical chair seating for 25, plus additional lounge seating. Conference or theater style seating is easily set up. All of the furniture can be configured to fit your needs.The space is both intimate and spacious. This gallery space was amazing to work in. However, some of the photos are inaccurate as to how the space currently looks. The open space concept is no longer as it now has a shelving unit that separates both rooms. All in all, Marylyn and Will were very accommodating in making our event successful and we very much appreciate it.

My company is located in Saratoga Springs, NY. I rented the Artists loft for two client meetings that took place in the city. It was for four days. I didn't know what to expect b/c it was the first time I coordinated meeting space in the city. I made an excellent choice. The space was beautiful with lots of room for my teams to work. Marilyn was a great host. Her assistant Will took care of us. He helped with everything from arranging the loft to suit our meeting needs, ran errands for us, helped with catering. This space is phenomenally beautiful, enhanced by the stunning artwork of the host, Marylyn Dintenfass. We were 37 people (my husband's birthday celebration) -- too many to use the lovely plates and glassware depicted -- but the size of the space was perfect for our group; it never felt crowded. Guests kept asking how we found such an incredible venue! It was a steamy July night but Marylyn's event manager, Emily, made sure the a/c was pumping away 90 mins before start time. Emily also worked to accommodate our caterer and servers and meet all our needs. It made for a terrific party; we'd gladly book again.
