Bright sun-filled conference room can fit up 8-10 people comfortably - furnished with a large conference table, projector, a 43″ HD TV/Monitor, and a large white board. This space is available for rent to creative professionals- photographers, videographers, and the like for use as a creative studio, photo sessions or as a meeting space for business or social gatherings. The space is conveniently located off N. Santa Cruz Avenue at Bean Avenue in the heart of Los Gatos with restaurants and shops steps away. -Open space and high ceilings with tables and chairs that can be moved/stacked -Private bathroom -Free WiFi -Approximately 250 square feet -Close to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc. -Fits 10 max, seated -Food and Drinks allowed

Plus: Great location in a downtown, comfortable cozy room with lights and air, great host. Minus: There was no monitor and projector in the room. I just assumed I made the mistake of booking a room that doesn't have one, but now that I'm looking at the description it's supposed to be there. In retrospect, I should have probably just called Patrick, so this could be my mistake. WiFi was spotty. We lost connection for 10 secs or so every hour or so, which was really annoying and distracted from our video call.

Excellent space for a corporate quarterly day away for strategic planning. Patrick was timely and even delivered a delicious lunch. Facilities were clean and easily accessible. Only downside was having to move our cars every 2-3 hours, but you can pay for parking if you don't want to be hassled.
