All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Located in downtown Redmond on Cleveland Street, we offer a modern and spacious clubhouse. You’ll find a fully-equipped kitchen for you or a caterer. Our space is versatile and best suited to accommodate these types of professional activities: meetings, off-sites, brainstorming sessions, presentations, photo shoots and team events. Our space is also a great setting for a dinner party with friends, host hors d'oeuvres and wine or board games and billiards! This space is connected to our main lobby, so is semi-private. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Meeting table seating up to 6 - One booth and table seating for 6 - Lounge seating for up to 6 (one sofa and 2 side chairs) - Barstool seating at kitchen island for 4 - One 65' inch TV with HDMI hook up - WiFi - Music capability with pre-set station We look forward to hosting!

Parking garage on-site is paid parking only, no free parking provided. Street parking or the Redmond Connector Public Parking lot on Leary Way are great parking options.
General Rules
Please no smoking in the club room or anywhere on the property. The community and grounds are 100% non-smoking.
Club room has strict hours of 10 AM to 10 PM. All clean up and breakdown must be completed by 10 PM.
SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
Peerspace guest booking the space are required to sign a supplemental agreement. Your host will provide a copy for your review after Peerspace booking has been accepted.
NO SMOKING
Our spaces are all smoke-free.
OVERTIME
Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space. No animals/pets allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.

Please contact Peerspace Concierge to organize your catering order as their team is familiar with the rules and policies of our space.

No, I would not book again.
Space is super cool, before rent space host was amazing answering all questions. In the day of event had some issues to pickup the keys the office closed 2 hours earlier than announced and another event was running in my time I booked. Room was not cleaned as explained in peerspace agreement, floor was too dirty and trash was full.

We hosted our baby shower here yesterday and the whole process was a breeze. Given the stress level of planning and executing a party for 50 guests, the staff here made it super easy. We were able to arrive early to decorate and setup and they also were really lax about the grace period of not rushing us out to clean up. I highly recommend this venue and look forward to hosting another event here!

Our surprise 16th Birthday Party was a great success! The space was clean and functional. There was plenty of room for food, activities and guests. The pool table was a huge hit and we streamed pandora playlists through the tv. We even used the city park across the street for some games. A memorable evening to be certain, made all the better by this unique and welcoming space!

I have hosted my daughter's 13th birthday party here... The place is just the we wanted. It is spacious and well decorated. My daughter is extremely happy with her party and so we are.
