All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
This house is perfect for print photo shoots. House is U shaped, with a deck in the middle facing south. The front faces the mountain and has two patios complete with furniture. The main room of the house has 12 foot ceilings and a full wall of windows. The house is very light and airy and has hardwood floors. There are four additional rooms, three bedrooms (one used as an office) and one finished but totally empty room. Two rooms open out on to the back patio. The garden facing south has a long pond and landscaped yard with extraordinary plants. Think mini Huntington Gardens. The light at the end of the day with the magical sunsets is unreal.
