- No smoking. - Excessive cleaning or damage will result in an additional charge. - No glitter, it will be an extra a charge for cleaning. - No music after 10pm - Place trash in the bins. Break down boxes. If there's many bags, we kindly ask to bring them to the corner of Orchard St and Grand St. - Make sure the time of your rental includes setup and break down. Extra charges may apply. - Leave the space in the same condition you found it. - Furniture and equipment provided must be treated with care. - Not sure how to use some equipment? Not a problem, feel free to ask our host, we are happy to help. - Renter/guest will be held responsible for any damage inflicted in the studio equipment while in their possession. - If the place is left in very unclean and messy conditions, an extra charge may apply. - Music levels must be kept at a reasonable level, so as to be respectful of our neighbors.
