The parking entrance is located on West Peachtree Place. Parking is extremely limited during the daytime (8am - 6pm) as majority of the spaces are reserved for the business connected to our building (Melville Johnson). If there is no parking in the deck, there is paid street parking and paid decks nearby. If your rental is after 6pm or you are able to obtain a visitor spot - please get a parking pass from the front desk and put in the dash of your car or your vehicle will but subject to towing or booting.

General Rules *Common spaces are monitored, if you want to do any activity you don't want me to see DON'T BOOK :)* *I have a hour and a half minimum, if you choose to book under that time and I accept your booking. Please note that if you are even a minute late to leaving you will be charged for the entire half hour. It is the guest's responsibility & duty to arrive early enough to navigate parking and unloading. You need to be packing up PRIOR to the end of your booking and out of the door by the end time of your booking* - Keep loud music to a minimum before noon and after 10 p.m. Even during that time please be aware that there are people living below, besides, and above you so please be respectful at ALL times. - There shall not be smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fee of $50 to remove odor and stains may be applied. - PARKING: There is one designated parking space for the renter inside the parking deck behind the gate. NO OTHER GUEST CAN PARK BEHIND THE GATE. Designated guest parking is located before the gate and all guest must obtain a parking pass before upon arrival or they will be subject to boot or towing at their expense. - If you do not return the key fob there will be an additional $75 charged. - Please inform guest to not park on the West Peachtree Pl. NW street, as they ticket frequently and will boot occasionally. - Please do not rearrange any of the furniture. Contact me if you need to move any furniture BEFORE moving. - Please do not put holes in the wall or take down any existing hanging wall items - Please do not go through closet, drawers, or cabinets in living room, bedroom, or bathroom unless instructed by host. - If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair. - If guests are suspected of using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. - Please do not touch food in the refrigerator or freezer that you have not been instructed to touch/eat - Dispose of any food items at the end of your rental. - The cleaning fee includes moping, dusting, and bathroom sanitation. Anything outside of that would incur an additional fee. (i.e. excessive garbage, excess glitter on the floor, furniture, or rug, stains in the run, etc.) - No form of porn, absolutely nude, sexual activity or any form of the such allowed on the property. Home is surveillance in common areas, if any form of this activity is discovered you will be charged $250 and reported to Peerspace. If you are unsure that your activity fits into any of these categories ASK! (changing, lingerie, & boudoir shoots are allowed) - No use of common spaces (NO Roof or Clubroom usage, if used subject to excessive fines of $500+) - Lastly please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.
