About the Space
The natural light in our studio is incredible! Welcome to our natural light photo studio that includes access to multiple looks in one beautiful open-floor plan location. We have floor-to-ceiling windows along with three different handcrafted walls of texture: • A white wainscoting wall, approx 12' x 8' • A grey Venetian plaster wall, approx 16' x 8' • A seamless backdrop with white & tan rolls ($25 charge for use per roll, if we have to make a cut) **Please note that the hourly rates shown are for non-commercial projects only. Please inquire for a quote on brands, video, social media content, and commercial use of our studio.** In addition to an exceptional shooting environment and professional business with staff on-site during your shoot, your hourly rental includes: • Air conditioning • Private dressing room with full size clothing rack • Designated makeup area • All furniture shown in our photos • A twin mattress with white comforter (it resides on the floor) • Private parking lot STUDIO GUIDELINES (your shoot must be in line with the following): -All content must include NO nudity, be PG-13, and tasteful -Maximum of 8 guests -No pets -Note that we are on the 2nd floor with no elevator. Stair access only.

Health and Safety Measures
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The staff was very friendly! Space is definitely small and limited. had to bring my own lighting as its a natural light studio, so be prepared to carry equipment up a stairs, no elevator. But the textured walls are very nice, I would book again for the right scenario ◡̈
