Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We have been hyper vigilant about keeping our space clean. As of now we have not had any inside events and the most we have had is 12 guests. We are open to having more if guidelines are followed and majority of guests are outside all of the time.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Spacious open floor plan in the flats of Kentfield with great outdoor entertaining and resort like amenities. Oversized garage and driveway accommodate many cars, making it easy for company retreats. 6 bedrooms and 6 baths with an additional bath in the pool house. Wrap around decks captures a view of Mt Tam. Large boardroom style table perfect for your next offsite meeting or team building.

Parking description

Our driveways can fit up to 10 cars and we have a huge adjacent lot to accommodate upward of 100 guests.

General Rules

Smoking is not allowed. Loud music must end by 10pm. All furniture rearrangement must be returned to it's original location. All renters must obtain insurance up to 1M for any damages that may incur. Proof of insurance must be shown prior to signing contract. Deposit for minor damages is required for each event and amount is dependent upon rate of booking. Owners will be onsite during event and will need access to driveway and garage for safety purposes.

Security cameras and recording devices

We have several cameras placed throughout the outdoor space and several in the interior as well.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
