All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

We do have select availability in the Autumn months. ************** Welcome! We're happy you found us! Hidden Garden LA is a private space set against a vibrant landscape of towering pepper trees, succulents, flora and beautifully manicured lawns featuring a restored 1908 greenhouse. The garden is loved for its pristine 17,000 sq ft of usable outdoor space offering an idyllic space that easily accommodates large guest counts for different events. PRICING: Please inquiry about pricing for weddings and holiday events. THINGS TO NOTE: 1) We require that you leave the space as you found it -- a lot of time and effort was put into turning this into a beautiful garden we love, enjoy, and share with others :) 2) Your rental time begins when you enter the property and ends when you leave the property, that includes setup and tear down time. You will only be allowed into the property at the START of your rental time so kindly book with this in mind! 3) This listing is only for the outdoor space, but limited access to the house can be made available for select bookings - let's chat about it. 4) Bathroom rental is required. 5) We require our renters take their trash with them after their rental time commences. We would like to avoid overflowing bins since that can be difficult to manage. 6) We have on-site parking that can hold up to 15 cars, OR, could be used to accommodate food trucks, rentals etc. 7) We are 10 mins from Downtown LA, 15 mins from the beach, and 20 mins from LAX with easy access to the three major freeways (10, 101, and 405). 8) We encourage you to visit the space prior to booking. Parking description
We can accommodate up to 15 cars on our property during your event. We also have an agreement with a local church that has room for 35 cars. There is free street parking in addition, but it is sometimes difficult to find space.
General Rules
+ Your rental time begins when you enter the property and ends when you leave the property, that includes setup and tear down time. You will only be allowed into the property at the START of your rental time so kindly book with this in mind! NO EXCEPTIONS!
+ Depending on the event, most events require a site rep who must be present throughout the course of the event.
+ If you intend to have dancing at your event a dance floor is required. No dancing on the grass.
+ No smoking on the property.
+ Insurance is required by the booking party. We understand accidents happen — you must inform us if you damage or break something.
+ Trash must be taken out at the end of your booking.
+ Music must be lowered to an ambiance level after 10pm (No loud music after 10pm).
+ Please check with us if you're planning to have animals/pets onsite.

Cancellation Policy
Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Yes, I would book again.
The site was magical and the perfect place for our social distanced wedding, it fit all 12 of us on the small lawn, which would have comfortably fit 50 or more in normal times.There were lots of beautiful nooks and areas for photographs that we will treasure forever. Ron was gracious and attentive throughout, plus easy parking and air-conditioned restrooms during 100º heat were amazing.

We can't thank Ron and his wife enough for hosting our Intimate Covid-safe wedding on the beautiful grounds of their house. Communication was easy and clear in planning for our event in a short time. Hidden Garden LA is, just like the name says, a true hidden gem tucked away in Los Angeles. Once you step onto the gorgeous grounds, you are immediately transported from the fast-paced feeling that LA has to offer, to an oasis filled with luscious green grass, gorgeous landscaping, a awe-inspiring green house that dates back to the early 1900s. All of our guests and vendors couldn’t stop saying how beautiful the property is. We also loved how versatile the space is. We set up some tables under the greenhouse and it was perfect for our 10 guests to be distanced but still feel close. You also don’t need much to decorate the space as it has a much character already! Loved it!!

We had our intimate wedding during COVID-19 at this home. It was the perfect location for us to gather and it was really really great for photos as every corner was picturesque. Ron was great when it came to communication even with a 2 weeks notice. We can't review any additional services they offer but sounds like they have some good options (big outdoor board games, projector, etc.). They also provided additional tables for us to use, which helped with logistics/transportation.

We had a wonderful time shooting here! Ron was a great communicator throughout the booking. We were able to get so many great shots for our marketing campaign. The property is beautiful! There was also a cute dog that kept us company throughout the day :) would definitely book again!

Ron’s place was a dream! A true hidden treasure. And Ron and his wife, Simi, were both flexible and lovely to deal with. Plenty of space for my crew of 25 to work (we were outside with only vanities indoors) and so many great options for shooting. I selfishly hope this place stays a bit of a secret!

My [now] husband and I had both our wedding ceremony and reception here and it was absolutely magical!! We got so many compliments about the location! Both Ron and Simi were wonderful and pleasant, I'm so glad we found their place! They were always available for any questions or concerns we may have had.
