All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Our property offers a number of unique spaces perfect for film/photography shoots, meetings, dinners, or overnight stays. There are three homes on the property (one of which is not included) and a vintage Airstream trailer. The homes are nestled in the back of 1/4 acre lot (behind the main home which is not included in the listing). The spaces included for your use: 1. A three bedroom, two bathroom house with a large open dining room/kitchen (1100 sq feet). 2. Small two-story casita with private bath, kitchen, and living room (500 sq feet). 3. Airstream trailer with it's own bathroom and kitchenette (250 sq feet). The yard is a beautifully landscaped with gravel walkways and modern planters (in progress, to be completed July of 2019). The street boasts downtown views and we are just a few minute walk away from the Rosewood st row (Hillside Farmacy, Quicky Picky, Blue Dhalia, Nickel City, Franklin's BBQ, etc) and around the corner from Rio Rita, King Bee, Full Circle Bar, and a number of other nightlife spots.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
