Located in Downtown San Jose, our meeting room is great for your next meeting or professional event. We are in close proximity to Mineta San Jose International Airport, Caltrain Station, and other public transportation. Our space is equipped with tables, chairs, podium, projector, an audio system, and wifi. Boardroom setting seats up to 40 people. Theater style setting seats up to 80 people. For any additional details, please do not hesitate to ask! *The space is not wheelchair accessible(upstairs,downstairs accessible for wheelchair).

The meeting space was clean, organized, and well-equipped. All of the presentation equipment functioned perfectly. It was a bit disconcerting that the hallway leading from the entry door to the meeting room was very dark, with all lights turned off. Strongly recommend that the organizer ensure that the hallway lights are on and the route clearly labeled.

The location accessibility is very good and strategically close to the airport. Lots of parking spot. The premise and the actual presentation is excellent. We had a great productive meeting and all the audio and video equipment worked great. Last but not the least, Jim is a great host. He and his team members were extremely co-orperative and reorganized the room for the meeting's requirement. Thumps up to this fantastic location.
